Step 1: Location Location Location

Determine where you would like to build your new home.  Next shop for property in your desired areas once completed call around to different banks to inquire as to what kind of construction loans they have and their individual   requirements. Once you determine which bank and which loan fits your needs then determine what your budget is and get a prequalified letter for your construction loan. 

Step 2: Discerning Price

The price range and expense evaluation phase is next. During this step we determine your overall price range, size of home that fits your needs and your individual style. Next while designing your dream home you can choose from a wide variety of floor plans, quality products and finishing touches. We work with you reviewing your options and assisting you every step of the way. This ensures you have the right home that fits your needs, your property, and your local requirements.

 

Step 3: Contracting

A final contract is constructed and then you’re on your way to get your loan approved. You then take your contract and other required papers to the bank to start your loan process.

Step 4: Finalize Home Designs

Once the loan is secured we finalize all of the details of your home. This includes a final floor plan, color combinations, and the finishing details of your new home. An initial draw or deposit is due at this time to fund these activities.

 
 

Step 5: Building Your New Home

Your final design is sent to our factory where we begin building your home to strict international building codes, with top quality products in a climate controlled environment. The factories are highly reputable and pride themselves in offering an efficient order placement to finalization time frame.

Step 6: Lot Preparation

While your home is being built in a controlled atmosphere, we begin preparing your lot for your new home, i.e. clearing, entrances, utilities, foundation and any other preliminary requirements.

 

Step 7: Setting Your Home

Your home arrives to your construction site and then is scheduled to be set on your foundation and completions begin. Once your home has all the finishing touches the remainders of fees are paid to the builder and a key is then turned over to you. 

Step 8: Loan Conversion

You then acquire your permanent financing from the bank and turn your loan from a construction loan to a permanent loan.
